Job Description

• To manage of all the internal areas of the Location and satisfies the specific needs for customers. and Business area during the serial life of a project.
• The SLM leader is the interface for the customer, the business area and manufacturing location.
• The SLM leader is the responsible person in the location for KPIs of his assigned projects/products/lines and has under his responsibility defined budget and a project team (Matrix leadership), SLM leader acts as a manufacturing Project-Manager in the Location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master degree desirable)
• Advanced English
• Experience:
  • As group leader/coordinator/Manufacturing Project manager or SLM leader (desirable)
  • In manufacturing, having led diverse of manufacturing projects, including profitable increase projects
  • In project management
  • In engineering changes coordination
  • In capacity increase projects
  • In IE & manufacturing processes is desirable
  • OEM Customer management experience
• Knowledge:
  • Problem solving & continuos improvement experience
  • PCN/PTN
