Travel & Entertainment Analyst (Monterrey)

Responsibilities

• Review/audit employee expense reports.
• Process reimbursement of employee expenses.
• Provide employee cash advances.
• Administer monthly employee cash advances.
• Lead support and policy orientation to employees on T&E guidelines.
• Maintain timely and accurate accounting and reconciliation of travel expenses and purchasing cards.
• Provide monthly T&E reporting.
• Support corporate card administration (AMEX).
• Provide monthly reporting to compliance department with details of relevant transactions.
• Ensure compliance with policy and support internal audit reviews.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service, following process guidelines and ensuring compliance with company policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or related field.
• Advanced English.
• Experience will be evaluated in interviews - knowledge of Oracle Accounts Payable Module (preferred).
• Knowledge of basic tax procedures (VAT and miscellaneous fees).
• Experience in finance or finance shared services organization (preferred).
• General knowledge of accounting/finance with ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Good analytical skills.
• Proactive with a drive for process improvements and addressing customer needs.
• Highly organized with good communication skills.
• Strong orientation to customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail.
• Goal oriented and focused on results.
