Continuous Improvement Lead — Plant Operations & Systems

Johnson Controls

Johnson Controls is seeking a Business System Lead in Apodaca, Mexico to drive continuous improvement across the plant. You will assess performance, identify gaps, and implement future-state plans while coaching teams to sustain gains amid production pressures.
