Key Responsibilities:

•            Independently steer and oversee procurement projects.

•            Ensure the efficient and successful execution of all phases of project management.

•            Contract Negotiations and Formations:

•            Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable contracts.

•            Shape contract conditions to protect organizational interests and ensure service fulfillment.

•            Global Market Monitoring:

•            Continuously monitor and analyze global market trends.

•            Identify opportunities, risks, and trends impacting procurement processes.

Supplier Management:

•            Manage existing supplier relationships.

•            Identify and develop new suppliers to enhance and diversify the supply chain.

Strategic Procurement Concepts:

•            Develop long-term procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

•            Implement strategic concepts to optimize and streamline procurement processes.

•            Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

•            Regularly create and utilize KPIs to assess and enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Departmental Support:

•            Provide support to various departments, particularly in planning, development, and project management, ensuring alignment with procurement objectives.

•            Price Analyses and Cost Workshops:

•            Analyze market and supplier prices for informed decision-making.

•            Conduct workshops to optimize costs and enhance efficiency within the procurement process.

Requirements:

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to interact in cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
• Fluency in English
