Import & Export Leader Latam

Estamos buscando un {NAME} Líder de Importación y Exportación dinámico y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo en San Pedro Garza García, México. Este puesto será responsable de supervisar y optimizar nuestras operaciones de importación y exportación, centrándose en el comercio exterior exterior para México.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para agilizar los procesos de importación y exportación y mejorar la eficiencia.
- Gestionar y coordinar todos los aspectos de los envíos internacionales, incluida la documentación, el despacho de aduanas y la logística
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de comercio internacional y los requisitos aduaneros
- Negociar y mantener relaciones con transitarios, agentes de aduanas y otros proveedores de servicios
- Analizar las tendencias del mercado e identificar oportunidades de reducción de costes y mejora de procesos
- Dirigir y orientar a un equipo de especialistas en importación y exportación, fomentando una cultura de mejora continua
- Colaborar con equipos interfuncionales para optimizar las operaciones de la cadena de suministro
- Supervisar e informar sobre los indicadores clave de rendimiento relacionados con las actividades de importación/exportación
- Mantenerse al día de los cambios en las leyes y reglamentos de comercio internacional
- Puede ser necesario viajar ocasionalmente
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional o campo relacionado
- Un mínimo de 7-10años de experiencia en operaciones de importación/exportación, con un historial probado de éxito
- Conocimiento profundo de las normativas de comercio internacional, los procedimientos aduaneros y los requisitos de documentación
- Conocimiento profundo de la gestión de la cadena de suministro global y de la logística transfronteriza
- Dominio de los sistemas ERP (iScala / SAP) y del software específico para el comercio
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas
- Capacidad demostrada para dirigir equipos y gestionar proyectos complejos
- Gran capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas con un enfoque orientado al detalle
- Se requiere fluidez en inglés y español
- Se prefiere certificado en aduanas y comercio internacional (CCIT) o certificación similar
- Es muy deseable tener experiencia trabajando con la normativa aduanera de EE.UU. y México
