We are looking for a Senior Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be crucial to our production process, operating specialized press and converting equipment. You will have the opportunity to apply your technical skills, contribute to a collaborative team, and directly impact the quality of the products we deliver to our customers.Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and troubleshoot advanced press, converting, and finishing equipment (die-cutting, laminating, slitting).Apply your full knowledge of the mechanical functions of all machines, including ink mixing and color matching, to ensure top-quality output.Perform and document quality tests according to ISO procedures to maintain our high standards.Collaborate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders to resolve moderately complex problems and ensure smooth production flow.Proactively identify and resolve a diverse range of operational challenges, following detailed instructions and safety protocols.Train and assist other operators, sharing your expertise in interpreting and applying job documents.Adhere to all required safety practices, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, ear protection, and steel-toed shoes.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.At least 1 year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and follow written and verbal instructions.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting objects up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.Preferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience operating narrow-web flexo press equipment.Experience in the converting or flexography industry.Proven ability to build productive working relationships and learn established processes quickly.¿Eres un operador de maquinaria con experiencia y pasión por la precisión y la calidad?
