Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• Convert requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog.
• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Drive product launches, validating readiness across technology, operations, and stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs, metrics, and customer feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs across multiple workstreams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product‑related decisions and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security, and regulatory requirements (as applicable).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with product backlog management tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good to have: Experience in Technology / Digital / SaaS / Healthcare / BFS domains.
• Exposure to customer journey mapping, UX principles, and design thinking.
• Experience working with distributed or global teams.
• Knowledge of cloud‑based products or platforms.
