Regional Sales Manager (Central & SE Region) - Medical Devices

Descripción del puesto En el puesto de Regional Sales Manager (Central & SE Region) – Medical Devices en Panther Healthcare Mexico, te encargarás de liderar la estrategia comercial y de ventas de dispositivos médicos en la región centro y sureste. En tu día a día coordinarás y apoyarás a los equipos de ventas locales, definirás objetivos comerciales, harás seguimiento de resultados y prepararás informes de desempeño. Mantendrás relaciones sólidas con distribuidores, hospitales y profesionales de la salud, identificarás nuevas oportunidades de negocio y gestionarás negociaciones clave. También colaborarás con marketing y otros departamentos para implementar campañas y lanzamientos de producto. Es un puesto de tiempo completo en formato híbrido, ubicado en el área metropolitana de Ciudad de México, con parte del trabajo realizable desde casa.
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa como responsable de ventas regionales o puesto similar en el sector de dispositivos médicos o farmacéutico.
- Aptitudes comerciales sólidas: gestión de cuentas clave, desarrollo de negocio, negociación y cierre de acuerdos.
- Capacidad demostrada para liderar equipos de ventas, definir objetivos, motivar y acompañar al equipo para alcanzar resultados exigentes.
- Conocimiento del mercado sanitario en México, especialmente en la región centro y sureste, y experiencia tratando con hospitales y distribuidores.
- Aptitudes analíticas para interpretar datos de ventas, elaborar previsiones, preparar informes y proponer mejoras basadas en métricas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, orientación al cliente, organización del tiempo y gestión de prioridades.
- Titulación universitaria en áreas como administración de empresas, marketing, ciencias de la salud o similares.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés será muy valorado, así como dominio de herramientas de OFFICE y CRM de ventas.
