Change Management Senior Consultant

Overview

Strada is a global people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying workforce management. The Change Management Senior Consultant leads and supports complex change initiatives to drive business value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute project plan activities and deliverables to meet objectives, deadlines, budgets, and resource planning.
• Independently lead the delivery of in-scope activities for small to medium-sized client engagements while partnering with senior team members for large-scale engagements.
• Perform foundational analysis and develop change management and strategic communication strategies and plans, including development of communication materials.
• Build credible relationships with client partners, including C-level stakeholders, and internal colleagues such as team members, project leaders, PMO, functional and technical resources.
• Advise and support clients on how to navigate change and communicate strategically within broader transformation initiatives.
• Ensure the client team understands and implements leading-practice change-management approaches to attain key business outcomes.
• Contribute to needs analysis and solution design for client engagements and pricing change services accordingly.
• Identify and pursue additional change-management revenue opportunities.
• Identify improvement opportunities for the team’s methodology and practices.
• Contribute and participate as a team member, engaging in community discussions, continual learning, and supporting other consultants.

Requirements

• Proven experience in change management, communications, and/or HR & finance transformation.
• Previous experience as a consultant in organizational transformation projects.
• Experience developing and implementing change-management and communication strategies.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of change-management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar).
• Fluent English (mandatory), both written and spoken, with confidence in interacting with international clients.
