You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects that ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to our customers.This position reports to the Head of the Mexico Quality Documentation team.**What will you do:*** Collaborate with technical, manufacturing, and quality teams to create and edit technical package documents.* Maintain and update Ingredion portals with quality-related documentation.* Organize and manage technical package documentation, such as product specifications and letters.* Support document update projects across various systems.* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Ingredion products and manufacturing sites.**What you will bring:*** Student in the final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, QFB, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related science/engineering field.* Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.**Who you are:*** A proactive and collaborative team player.* Curious and eager to learn about quality systems and documentation.* Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.* Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint).* Familiarity with Power BI or quality certifications (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001) is a plus.**Why Join Ingredion?**Discover why Ingredion is the ideal place to advance your career with our exceptional rewards and benefits package designed to help you thrive.
