Role Description

This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Monterrey, NLE.

The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and manage the end-to-end business development cycle from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities include generating qualified leads through research, networking, and outreach; conducting meetings and presentations to understand client needs; and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.

Managing key accounts, monitoring performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and contributing to strategic planning to support revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business, with a proven ability to identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and drive revenue growth.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Account Management, including pipeline management, client relationship building, and post-sale support.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Candidates should ideally have experience in B2 B sales or business development, preferably within technology or related industries.
  • Candidates should demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with CRM tools, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
