Engineer I, Security & Resilience Operations

What you’ll do

• Manage and resolve L1/L2 security incidents and requests
• Monitor and operate systems such as:
  • Access Control
  • CCTV / Video Surveillance
  • Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution documentation
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational processes
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured information
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge base creation

What we’re looking for

Engineer I (Junior):

• Recent graduate or early-career (IT, Support, NOC/SOC)
• Basic knowledge of networking and systems
• Interest in security technologies
• Strong willingness to learn

Engineer II (Mid-level):

• 3+ years in security operations, SOC, or technical support
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting security systems
• Ability to handle complex incidents independently
• Analytical mindset and focus on continuous improvement

Key skills

• Physical security systems (Access Control, CCTV, IDS)
• Ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Incident management (prioritization, SLAs, escalation)
• Technical documentation (runbooks, KB articles, reports)
• English and Spanish required
