Providing Leadership and direction while adopting new technology tools, techniques, and practices.* **What a typical day looks like:*** Review commercial terms before supplier onboarding, contract approval, or purchase order placement.* Ensure that contracts contain appropriate scope, pricing, performance expectations, responsibilities, and escalation mechanisms.* Coordinate with Legal, Finance, EHS, IT Security, Privacy, Trade, Risk Management, and other control functions when required.* *Develop and execute strategies that enable the world-class Procurement CoE functionI** *Implementation of projects that drive continuous improvement of our procurement processes & tools, incorporating best practices identified through external benchmarking** *Support KPI target setting by providing internal and external benchmarkDevelop a comprehensive set of Procurement operational reports to optimize center and site business decision making regarding spend management, savings delivery and cash flow** *Execution of a consistent global procurement performance model that accurately defines and measures procurement effectiveness, savings, synergies, and other performance and compliance results* **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:***BA/BS or equivalent work experience** *BA/BS or equivalent work experience** *Experience in contributing multiple large-scale global projects/programs** Experience relevant procurement, strategic sourcing, commodity management, or supply-chain experience.* Demonstrated experience managing indirect goods and service categories* Experience leading complex sourcing events and commercial negotiations.* Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and control functions.* *Experience in working with virtual teams cross-border** *English advance (spoken and written)** *Advanced Excel/Advanced Power Point.***What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:**Competitive Salary.Life & Medical insurance.Christmas Bonus.Food Coupons.Saving Fund.
