Descripción del Puesto
Garantizar la correcta aplicación de las normas contables ( NIF, IFRS, USGAAP ), supervisar procesos de cierre contable y emisión de estados financieros, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la transparencia en la información financiera para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
Responsabilidades
- Emitir estados financieros consolidados cumpliendo con NIF, IFRS y USGAAP.
- Coordinar análisis de variaciones contra presupuesto y proponer acciones correctivas.
- Coordinar el cierre contable mensual y anual.
- Liderar el desarrollo profesional del equipo a cargo.
Perfil
Educación:
- Contador Público titulado.
- Maestría en Finanzas, Negocios y/o Administración
Experiencia:
- +5 años en emisión de estados financieros bajo NIF, y exposición a IFRS y USGAAP.
- Liderazgo de equipos.
- Pensamiento analítico y enfoque en resultados.
- Conocimiento en políticas y procedimientos contables.
- Manejo de herramientas como Artus y Power BI .
- Inglés.
