Accounts Receivable SOC Supervisor

The AR Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating operational accounting activities, ensuring compliance with client requirements, company policies, and established procedures. This role oversees team performance, drives operational excellence, and ensures accurate and timely execution of key accounting processes, including month-end close activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and coordinate the activities of the operational accounting team, including Accounting, Cash Application, Ship & Debit, Credit Administration, or Accounts Payable functions.
• Ensure team performance aligns with client objectives, service level agreements, and company policies and procedures.
• Monitor daily operations and provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to drive efficiency and service excellence.
• Ensure month-end close activities are completed accurately and within established timelines in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance productivity, accuracy, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to resolve operational issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Credit Administration, or related accounting functions, including team supervision experience.
• Advanced English
