Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of high-impact visual assets across digital and print channels, including display ads, email campaigns, social media graphics, presentations, print collateral, and landing pages.
• Translate business goals and stakeholder requirements into strategic creative concepts and actionable design solutions.
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and user experience best practices.
• Partner with marketing teams, copywriters, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver visually compelling campaigns that support business objectives.
• Provide creative leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance to junior Visual Specialists, fostering design excellence and consistency across projects.
• Lead design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards for creative execution.
• Champion strategic thinking and design integrity while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage project workflows from concept through final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution.

Technical Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Visual Design with a portfolio showcasing both digital and print marketing work.
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.).
• Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar Content Management Systems.
• Familiarity with collaborative design tools such as Figma .
• Strong understanding of branding systems, visual communication, typography, layout, color theory, and accessibility standards.
• Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Nice-to-have

• Experience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Legal, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical .
• Experience collaborating with marketing, business, and technical teams in cross-functional environments.
• Knowledge of digital optimization, content automation, or marketing production workflows.
• Experience supporting campaign strategy, messaging alignment, and creative direction.
• Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing other designers.
