The oportunity
Liderar la estrategia, diseño y evolución del ecosistema digital de PepsiCo, acelerando el crecimiento rentable del negocio, fortaleciendo la relación con los clientes y optimizando la eficiencia operativa mediante capacidades digitales escalables e innovadoras. Será responsable de definir y ejecutar la visión y hoja de ruta de los productos digitales, alineando a los distintos equipos y stakeholders de la organización para garantizar una ejecución efectiva. Asimismo, impulsará soluciones basadas en datos y centradas en el cliente que mejoren la experiencia de usuario, maximicen la adopción de plataformas digitales y generen valor sostenible para el negocio en todos los segmentos y canales.
ResponsibilitiesYour impact
- Definir y liderar la agenda de transformación comercial digital de PepsiCo , impulsando la evolución de las capacidades comerciales y los modelos de relacionamiento con clientes mediante soluciones digitales escalables que fortalezcan la competitividad y el crecimiento sostenible del negocio.
- Dirigir la estrategia, priorización y ejecución del portafolio de productos digitales comerciales , asegurando el desarrollo de soluciones escalables que mejoren la experiencia del cliente, incrementen la eficiencia operativa y generen crecimiento rentable en ingresos.
- Liderar el desarrollo, implementación y gestión del desempeño de los programas comerciales digitales , garantizando una adopción efectiva, una ejecución consistente y la generación de impacto tangible y sostenible para el negocio.
- Coordinar y alinear equipos multifuncionales , incluyendo Estrategia Comercial, Ventas, S&T (Strategy & Transformation / Systems & Technology) y equipos globales, para asegurar el despliegue exitoso de iniciativas digitales en los distintos segmentos de clientes y mercados.
- Definir, monitorear y comunicar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) relacionados con la adopción digital, el impacto comercial, la experiencia del cliente y la generación de valor, proporcionando visibilidad estratégica y facilitando la toma de decisiones de la alta dirección.
- Impulsar la integración de capacidades digitales dentro de los procesos comerciales , asegurando que los equipos de ventas cuenten con las herramientas, conocimientos y alineación necesarios para maximizar la ejecución en campo y acelerar la transformación digital del negocio.
Who are we looking for:
- Sólida experiencia en gestión de productos digitales y estrategia comercial , preferentemente en plataformas B2B o soluciones digitales orientadas al cliente, con un historial comprobado de generación de valor para el negocio.
- Capacidad demostrada para liderar iniciativas multifuncionales , coordinando equipos de Ventas, Tecnología (IT), Finanzas y otras áreas clave para asegurar la ejecución exitosa de proyectos estratégicos.
- Fuerte visión de negocio y entendimiento comercial , con habilidad para traducir necesidades y oportunidades del mercado en soluciones digitales escalables que impulsen el crecimiento y la rentabilidad.
- Experiencia en la definición y gestión de hojas de ruta (roadmaps) de productos digitales , estableciendo prioridades con base en el impacto al negocio, la experiencia del cliente y el valor estratégico.
- Sólidas capacidades analíticas , con experiencia en el seguimiento de indicadores de desempeño, generación de insights y toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
- Excelentes habilidades de gestión e influencia con stakeholders , incluyendo interacción y presentación de resultados a líderes senior y equipos ejecutivos.
- Capacidad para gestionar proyectos complejos y múltiples prioridades simultáneamente , manteniendo altos estándares de ejecución en entornos dinámicos y de rápida evolución.
- Experiencia liderando o participando en iniciativas de transformación digital , impulsando cambios organizacionales, adopción tecnológica y modernización de procesos comerciales, considerada altamente deseable.
