Negotiations Expert Agent

We are looking for a results-driven Negotiations Expert Agent to join our growing team in the luxury watch industry. This key role combines sales and client care, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service while you identify opportunities to grow accounts and drive revenue.

The Negotiations Agent is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients. Your main focus is guaranteeing a premium experience in every interaction, managing orders, proactively close deals, and delivering highly personalized, consultative service that turns first-time buyers into loyal, repeat clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiation and Sales Execution: Proactively reach out to prospects and existing clients via phone, email, and digital channels. Understand client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify leads and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing fast and effective solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Communicate professionally in English and develop relationships built on trust.
• Order Follow-Up and Process Optimization: Monitor order status and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and integration.
• Luxury Watch Consultation: Provide specialized advice, answer technical product questions, and offer strategic recommendations to clients.
• Pipeline Management: Manage and update CRM tools with accurate, timely information. Track progress toward sales targets and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Analytics & Collaboration: Work closely with operations and product teams to align efforts and deliver value-driven solutions. Share client feedback to drive improvements in products and services.
