Scrum Master

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading teams under scaled agile frameworks, mainly SAFe (mandatory) .
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence .
• Experience in risk, dependency, and impediment management.
• Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Intermediate-Advanced English (B2 level).

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of technology projects and initiatives on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote Scrum and SAFe best practices.
• Coordinate teams and stakeholders to guarantee the achievement of objectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Track metrics, KPIs, and executive reports using Jira and Confluence.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
