Quality Engineer - (VW Experience Required)

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer with full-cycle experience managing Volkswagen (VW) as a direct customer. This role requires strong technical expertise in automotive quality systems, advanced problem‑solving methodologies, and hands-on interaction with OEM portals and customer requirements.

Advanced English is mandatory due to continuous communication with global teams and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

VW Customer Management — Lead direct communication with VW for quality topics, approvals, deviations, and project follow-up.

PPAP & Core Tools Execution — Prepare, validate, and submit complete PPAP documentation according to VW and IATF requirements.

Problem Solving & Containment — Drive 8D reports, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.

Process Quality Control — Monitor production processes, capability studies, SPC, audits, and compliance with VW standards.

Customer Portals Management — Operate VW systems such as Le-On, ensuring timely updates, documentation accuracy, and KPI compliance.

Cross-functional Collaboration — Work closely with production, engineering, logistics, and supplier quality teams to ensure product conformity and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.
• Full professional experience managing VW as a customer (mandatory).
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong command of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, AIAG Core Tools, and automotive quality systems.
• Proven experience with PPAP, control plans, CPK, MSA, SPC, and dimensional validation.
• Ability to lead customer meetings, audits, and technical discussions confidently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional OEMs (Audi, GM, Nissan, etc.).
• Knowledge of metal-mechanic or assembly manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
