Confie in Tijuana is hiring Bilingual Interpreters! We are a leading national insurance distributor with over 700 locations across the US. Our corporate office in Tijuana employs over 1,700 associates who provide top-notch customer service and support to our many insurance brands. Position: Customer Service/Claims Representative Gather all the needed details of a loss for initial review of adjuster. Escalate follow up calls from parties involved in accident to adjuster and assist with updates to claim. Assist adjusters with statement translation for claim investigation. Job responsibilities and functions 1. File first notice of loss into system for claim reported.
Find policy and open new claim with information for proper investigation. Identify claim type and from what state it is reported for any loss reported via phone, fax, and email.
2. Claim Status
Provide all parties with claim handler information and contact expectations. Update system with new information and properly triage caller escalation to claims adjuster/supervisor.
3. Translation
Translate updates to claim between adjuster and claim party. Assist with translation of statement for property damage, bodily injury, and possible fraudulent claims.Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 4:00 pm Requirements: Fluent in both conversational English and Spanish (B2)
