Customer Service

Propósito del puesto

Brindar una atención integral y de excelencia a los clientes, coordinando y dando seguimiento a las operaciones de importación y exportación dentro del Freight Forwarder, asegurando el cumplimiento de tiempos, precisión documental y calidad en el servicio.

El puesto es responsable de ser el principal punto de contacto del cliente, garantizando una comunicación efectiva, resolución oportuna de incidencias y una experiencia satisfactoria a lo largo de toda la cadena logística.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Atención y seguimiento a clientes nacionales e internacionales
  • Coordinación de embarques y monitoreo end-to-end
  • Gestión y validación de documentación
  • Comunicación con agentes, proveedores y líneas de transporte
  • Resolución de incidencias y aseguramiento de niveles de servicio
  • Seguimiento de KPIs y tiempos de tránsito

Conocimientos

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Customer Service dentro de Freight Forwarder
  • Conocimiento en operaciones de importación y exportación (aéreo, marítimo y/o terrestre)
  • Manejo de documentación logística (BL, AWB, HAWB, facturas, pedimentos, etc.)
  • Experiencia en atención a clientes corporativos
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (indispensable)
  • Excelente comunicación, organización y seguimiento
