## Global Order Management SpecialistApplylocations: Alcaldía Benito Juarez, Mexicotime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R51066**Job Purpose:**Delivering an exceptional level of customer satisfaction for the Customer relationships on a day to day basis and be the customer’s point of contact for all service related issues, ensuring TD SYNNEX fully meets its own financial KPIs and the customer’s required Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).**Responsibilities:**Be the central contact for a number of customers and their supply chain businessManage and maintain a good working relationship within all areas of the Operational team, the procurement / supply chain teams and other TD SYNNEX departments such as Credit, Finance, Logistics, IT, Tax & Compliance etc.Effectively manage all incoming communication from the customer including telephone, email and system messagingManagement of SLAs; TD SYNNEX KPIsEnsure reports are gathered, analysed and actioned upon to ensure complianceEscalate service level issues to internal stakeholdersSupport all internal data systems in order to maintain data integrity, and improve processes and service levels.Liaise with global counterparts to maintain global customer satisfactionSupport Service Delivery Managers as required to successfully manage the customer relationshipEscalate issues in a timely manner**TD SYNNEX Statement:**TD SYNNEX is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
