Plant Program & Launch Leader

Faurecia S.A. in Querétaro seeks a Plant Program/Launch Team Leader to drive manufacturing programs from project end to 6 months post-SOP. This role requires coordinating tasks, interfacing with customers and suppliers, and shaping the launch team under PMS guidelines.

You will bridge manufacturing with program management at the plant level. The ideal candidate brings engineering background and 2–5 years in automotive settings, with advanced English.
