Arquitecto/Diseñador de Interiores Senior

Estamos buscando Senior Interior Designer / Senior Architectural Designer para sumarse al equipo de Filipao Nunes Arquitectos.
Buscamos un perfil senior con experiencia sólida en el desarrollo de proyectos de arquitectura e interiorismo, especialmente dentro de los sectores de hospitalidad, comercial, residencial y masterplans, con capacidad para participar desde la conceptualización hasta etapas avanzadas de desarrollo y coordinación.
La posición tendrá participación directa en proyectos nacionales e internacionales, por lo que buscamos a alguien con criterio de diseño, visión arquitectónica, autonomía y capacidad para asumir responsabilidad sobre diferentes proyectos.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Desarrollo de propuestas de arquitectura e interiorismo.
- Desarrollo y revisión de layouts, zoning, circulaciones y programas arquitectónicos.
- Desarrollo de conceptos, materialidad, acabados, FF&E y criterios de diseño.
- Participación en proyectos de hospitalidad, hoteles, restaurantes, comerciales, residenciales y masterplans .
- Coordinación con equipos internos de diseño, visualización y proyecto ejecutivo.
- Revisión de entregables para asegurar calidad y consistencia del proyecto.
- Coordinación con consultores y diferentes disciplinas.
- Participación en reuniones y presentaciones con clientes internacionales.
- Seguimiento de comentarios de cliente y coordinación de ajustes de diseño.
- Apoyo y supervisión de diseñadores junior cuando el proyecto lo requiera.
- Manejo simultáneo de diferentes proyectos, prioridades y fechas de entrega.
CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES TÉCNICAS:
- Licenciatura en Arquitectura, Diseño de Interiores o carrera afín.
- 4–5 años de experiencia mínima en posiciones similares.
- Experiencia comprobable en proyectos de hospitalidad, comerciales y/o desarrollos de gran escala.
- Conocimiento de procesos de diseño desde etapa conceptual hasta desarrollo arquitectónico.
- Experiencia en layouts, materialidad, acabados, mobiliario y especificaciones.
- Dominio de AutoCAD y SketchUp .
- Manejo de Adobe Creative Suite .
- Inglés avanzado indispensable , hablado y escrito.
- Conocimiento de Revit deseable.
- Experiencia en coordinación de proyecto ejecutivo y disciplinas, deseable.
- Experiencia en proyectos internacionales, altamente valorada.

- Capacidad para trabajar bajo deadlines y manejar varios proyectos simultáneamente.
- Facilidad para recibir, interpretar y ejecutar retroalimentación.
- Proactividad y sentido de urgencia.
- Buena comunicación con clientes, proveedores, consultores y equipos internos.
PLUS:
Experiencia en hoteles, restaurantes, beach clubs, resorts, proyectos de lujo, masterplans, BIM/Revit, coordinación multidisciplinaria y seguimiento de obra .
