If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical Assembly)** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.**Reporting to the **Process Engineer Manager,** this role involves responsibilities for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a PCBA manufacturing organization.**What a typical day looks like:*** Develop mechanical assembly processes capable of ensuring stability, capacity, and continuous improvement.* Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.* Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.* Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies* Hold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).* Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.* Process development and optimization* Specialized technical support* Project management* Continuous improvement and productivity* Quality and safety* Hold up and oversee new process equipment production.**Experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field.* Typically requires 4 years of experience in engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area.* Experience in mechanical assembly / electronics processes* Technical knowledge (intelligent torque tools, PLCs, liquid cooling, pneumatics, poka‐yoke, maintenance)* Advanced English.**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.* Saving Fund.SC69## ## Job CategoryProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
