Test Engineering Supervisor (Monterrey)

Responsibilities

• Implementation of Scrum Framework
• Implementation and development of Continuous Integration (DevOps)
• Test Engineering Team Project Management
• Test Development in LabVIEW
• Test Development in TestStand
• Test Development in Python and MatLab
• Research and development for Edge Thermal Products verification
• Manage Developing Test Plans, test reviews, test coverage, error proofing procedures and process specifications
• Specify, design, develop and install test solution for Hardware embedded Software
• Supervise for testing in all aspects for new innovative products and features
• Participates in sustaining activities for existing products including diagnosis and resolution of defects
• Interact with engineering, marketing, management, and project leads to assure that product development priorities are completed to schedule and budget while ensuring quality and product performance requirements are met
• Responsible for keeping excellent, organized project records and documentation
• Responsible for Code inspection and debugging
• Automated and manual test programming design

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree Computer Science Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience developing Test Applications with LabView, Test Stand and Python
• Certification as LabVIEW Developer & TestStand Developer are a must
• Certification in Sound & Vibration analysis and implementation
• 5+ years of experience in software test development including firmware test design and maintainability
• Strong test skills Developing Test Environment
• Highly skilled of implementing Scrum Framework (Scrum Master is a plus)
• Highly skilled of Continuous Integration, DevOps (AzureDevOps is a plus)
• Highly skilled working with NI cRIO, cDAQ, TPC
• Strong foundation of MATLAB
• Experience with communication protocols as: MODBUS, RS485, CAN, TCP/IP, I2C, SPI
• Multi-threaded software knowledge Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), Embedded Linux optional
• Possess excellent mathematical foundation, with strong research willingness and ability
• Excellent team working skills, drive, self-motivation, and focus on results
• Ability to collaborate and communicate complex technical concepts
• Experience of version control and bug tracking
• Thermal Engineering experience is a plus
