Senior Muti-Physics Simulation Expert

Join our dynamic team as an Integration Engineering Professional and drive innovation at the intersection of electronics and mechanics! We're seeking a talented individual to lead complex electromechanical solutions and make a lasting impact on our product development.

What will you do:

• Lead and execute structural, dynamic, and multiphysics FEM analyses (static, modal, thermal, fatigue, nonlinear, etc.).
• Develop, implement, and maintain Model‑Based Design (MBD) architectures using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Build co‑simulation environments that integrate FEM outputs into MBD frameworks when needed.
• Partner with design, test, and product engineering teams to correlate simulations with physical testing.
• Document assumptions, boundary conditions, results, and design recommendations in clear technical reports.
• Communicate results to U.S.-based customers and internal stakeholders in clear, fluent English.
• Support design reviews by recommending structural improvements based on analysis findings.
• Contribute to best practices, standard procedures, and simulation automation initiatives within the team.

What's in it for you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Finite Element Analysis using tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, OptiStruct, or similar.
• Proven experience with Model‑Based Design using MATLAB/Simulink (control systems, system‑level modeling, or simulation automation).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, material behavior, and multiphysics interactions.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) for customer communication.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as Creo or SolidWorks for geometry preparation, simplification, and design collaboration.
• Experience with scripting or automation (MATLAB, Python).
• Exposure to electromechanical systems, powertrain components, or thermal‑structural coupling.
• Familiarity with DOE, optimization, or surrogate modeling.
• Experience collaborating with test labs for simulation/validation correlation.
