Position Summary

A senior leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing operations, ensuring the achievement of production, quality, safety, and operational efficiency goals. This role partners cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, talent development, and execution of operational strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to ensure delivery of production plans, quality standards, and cost targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement across processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish action plans to close performance gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain, human resources) to ensure operational alignment.
• Lead, develop, and strengthen team capabilities, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive strategic initiatives focused on process optimization, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
• Participate in budget planning and management for the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Progressive leadership experience within manufacturing or operations environments.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency
