UNIVERSIDAD XOCHICALCO busca talento apasionado por el mundo de los videojuegos y la formación profesional para integrarse como Director/a de la Facultad de Video Juegos en nuestra sede ubicada en Vía Rápida Alamar, Tijuana, Baja California. Responsabilidades: Liderar la planeación académica y operativa de la Facultad de Video Juegos.Coordinar y supervisar al equipo docente, asegurando estándares de calidad educativa.Desarrollar vínculos con la industria de videojuegos local y nacional.Gestionar recursos y estrategias de crecimiento para la facultad.Impulsar la innovación en programas educativos relacionados con videojuegos y tecnologías interactivas. Requisitos: Título universitario a nivel superior, preferentemente en áreas afines a videojuegos, tecnología o educación.Experiencia comprobable en dirección académica o puestos similares a nivel experto.Conocimiento actualizado del sector de videojuegos y sus tendencias.Habilidades de liderazgo, gestión de equipos y desarrollo estratégico.Disposición para trabajo presencial en Tijuana.
