MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor Degree in BA, Eng or similar
• US Visa (Availability to Travel)
• 3 - 5 or more years.
• Ability to work in a team
• Analytical abilities
• English +95%

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Customer and Service focused. Interest and ability to assess customer service team support of customers and mentor team.
• Business process owner for Customer service for special projects - committed to working cross functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Quality teams. Ability to lead collaboratively on projects.
• Manage a team of direct 8 -10 customer-facing direct reports
• Experience with ERPs, CRMs, phone systems and other service-driven technologies.
• Committed to learning. Committed to asking questions. Interested and engaged in helping develop the business from the ground up
• Interest in working with global teams as we restructure service and manufacturing processes globally. Engage with the existing roadmap and become and expert and leader of the team.
