Estamos incorporando un Platform Engineering Manager que lidere la evolución de nuestra plataforma tecnológica y transforme la forma en que los equipos de desarrollo consumen infraestructura.
Si tu experiencia ha estado enfocada en Platform Engineering , DevOps , Cloud y automatización , esta oportunidad puede ser para ti.
¿Cuál será tu reto?
Diseñar y construir una plataforma de autoservicio que permita a los equipos de desarrollo aprovisionar ambientes, recursos y servicios de forma rápida, segura y estandarizada, eliminando procesos manuales y acelerando la entrega de productos digitales.
Lo que buscamos
✅ Más de 4 años de experiencia en Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud o Infraestructura.
✅ Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos.
✅ Experiencia práctica con:
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- Terraform
- Ansible
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins o similares)
- AWS (preferente), Azure o GCP
- Automatización con Python, Bash o PowerShell
- Observabilidad y monitoreo
Será un plus si has trabajado en:
- Servicios financieros
- Fintech
- Retail
- Empresas de tecnología o proveedores de servicios TI
Requisitos:
Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación o carrera afín.
Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial en Ciudad de México .
