Regional Quality Management Systems Leader (El Salto)

We are looking for a Regional Quality Management Systems Leader to join Molex's Datacom & Specialty Solutions (DSS) division. This role will lead the development, optimization, and execution of Quality Management Systems across our North America design centers and manufacturing sites. You'll be a key driver of continuous improvement, audit readiness, and digital transformation in quality systems.
Our Team
You will be part of the DSS Global Quality team, collaborating closely with design centers, manufacturing plants, and Molex's Integral QMS team. This team is focused on delivering best-in-class quality systems that support innovation, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Lead QMS strategy and execution across DSS North America sites
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardize and improve quality procedures
- Drive internal and external audit readiness and continuous improvement
- Train and coach teams on QMS fundamentals and standards
- Evaluate KPIs and lead management reviews
- Ensure robust document control and digital process mapping
- Support customer‑specific requirements and APQP tools
- Lead new QMS scope changes and certifications
- Participate in the DSS Quality Digital Transformation community
- Travel up to 35% across Mexico and the USA
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related discipline
- 8‑15 years of experience in quality or operations in a multi‑site manufacturing environment
- Experience implementing certified quality systems
- Fluency in English
- Experience with PLM, ALM, MES systems
What Will Put You Ahead
- Master's degree
- ISO 9001, IATF16949, AS9100, ISO13485 lead/internal auditor certification
- ASQ or equivalent auditor training
- Spanish language skills
- VDA knowledge and experience
