Boomi Support Specialist (Guadalajara)

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support : Provide technical assistance and support for Boomi integrations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve integration issues, working with various stakeholders to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Monitoring : Continuously monitor integration processes, performance metrics, and logs to ensure smooth operations.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, issues, and solutions.
• Collaboration : Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Enhancements : Identify opportunities for system improvements and optimization, recommending and implementing changes as needed.
• User Training : Provide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on Boomi functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Dell Boomi integration platform.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in Boomi integration processes, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in SQL.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player : Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with diverse teams across the organization.
• Certifications : Boomi certification is a plus.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Additional Skills

• Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data integration techniques.
• Understanding of cloud-based technologies and platforms.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
