HR Operations Process Lead - Service Delivery & Automation
YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai
Johnson Controls is seeking a Process Owner HR Operations to lead end-to-end HR service delivery processes for Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts. This role certifies training, monitors KPIs, ensures process integrity and supports audit requirements across multiple HR domains and regions.
Analytical problem solvers will drive continuous improvements, collaborate with CoEs and vendors, and lead onboarding and training programs to meet technical knowledge requirements and quality standards.
