AI-Driven Sourcing Analyst - Indirect Spend

nVent in Monterrey is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to develop and execute sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories. This role will support supplier onboarding, assist in supplier evaluation and leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing efforts.
The ideal candidate has a BS/BA degree, 2+ years in procurement, and fluency in English and Spanish. We offer benefits and career opportunities in a dynamic global environment.
