What You’ll Do

As a IT PMO & HR Transformation , you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between HR’s legal/operational needs and IT’s technical architecture. You’ll lead strategic HR tech projects (Payroll, HCM, Integrations) while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget alignment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with HR, IT, Legal, and Finance teams to define project scopes, charters, backlogs, and action plans focused on organizational transformation and regulatory compliance.
• Overseeing the technical and functional implementation of critical systems (Payroll, Time Tracking, ERPs), ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Developing and updating detailed project timelines, tracking milestones, proactively identifying risks, and mitigating delays in high-impact projects.
• Managing project finances (CAPEX/OPEX), ensuring profitability and resource efficiency.
• Leading cross-functional teams (internal and external) to adhere to PMI/Agile methodologies.
• Evaluating and optimizing HRIS/Payroll platforms, proposing adjustments based on regulatory changes (e.g., Labor Reform, 40-hour workweek) or process improvements.
• Communicating project status, risks, and deliverables effectively to executives and control committees.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a dynamic professional with:

• A degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related fields .
• 3–5 years of experience in IT project management and HR transformation, preferably in consulting.
• Certifications like PMP (PMI) or Agile (Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of HR processes in Mexico: Payroll, Federal Labor Law, compensation schemes, and labor regulations.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Monday, and HR Tech ecosystems.
