Where no two days are the same.## Your role* Lead the design, development, integration, validation, and release of automotive systems and components.* Define technical requirements and develop solutions that meet performance, quality, cost, and timing objectives.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.* Manage engineering documentation, risk assessments, validation activities, and design changes.* Drive innovation, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and product launch support.* Ensure compliance with engineering standards, manufacturing requirements, and customer expectations.## Your profile* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.* 1-2 years of experience in automotive product design, development, validation, and release processes.* Knowledge of CAD tools (NX, CATIA), Teamcenter, DFMEA, DVP&R, GD&T, FEA, and Six Sigma methodologies.* Understanding of automotive electrical/electronic systems, vehicle architectures, and manufacturing processes.* Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and supplier management skills.* Excellent communication abilities and advanced English proficiency.* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and manage multiple priorities.## What you will love:* Work on meaningful projects that use technology to solve real-world challenges.* Exposure to top global companies working with Capgemini (145 of the Fortune 500 companies).* Thrive in a diverse, respectful, and inclusive environment.## About capgemini:*Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
