About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with manufacturing sites in Mexico, providing strong financial oversight and analytical support. The position emphasizes cost management, operational performance review, and clear financial reporting, while working hand‑in‑hand with plant controllers and operations teams. This role offers direct exposure to senior executives and decision‑makers.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver financial controlling support across multiple plants.
• Evaluate cost trends against budget and forecast, covering labor, overhead, and materials.
• Track and interpret productivity, efficiency, and variance indicators.
• Produce monthly closing reports and variance analyses.
• Create standardized reporting tools and assist with leadership presentations.
• Highlight risks and opportunities, recommending actions to improve cost efficiency.
• Enhance dashboards and reporting automation using Excel and Power BI.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Advanced English proficiency is essential.
• Strong command of advanced Excel.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Solid background in financial analysis and cost control.
• Manufacturing industry exposure preferred.
• 3–6+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or FP&A.
