Sobre el rol
Buscamos un/a Project Manager con fuerte orientación operativa para liderar iniciativas de expansión y optimización del mercado en México .
Esta persona será clave para asegurar la correcta ejecución de proyectos, garantizando compliance regulatorio, integraciones de pagos y preparación operativa , actuando como puente entre la estrategia y la implementación local.
Responsabilidades
- Liderar proyectos end-to-end de expansión de mercado en México
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la regulación local (iGaming)
- Coordinar integraciones de pagos locales (PSPs, bancos, métodos alternativos)
- Trabajar con equipos internos para garantizar la salida a mercado (go-live)
- Identificar e implementar mejoras y optimización de procesos
- Gestionar riesgos, timelines y dependencias
- Coordinar con stakeholders locales e internacionales
- Monitorear KPIs y asegurar la mejora continua de la operación
Requisitos
- +3 años de experiencia en iGaming (excluyente)
- Experiencia en Project Management, Operaciones o Delivery
- Conocimiento del ecosistema de pagos y regulación en México
- Experiencia en gestión de riesgos y stakeholders
- Inglés avanzado y español nativo
