Senior Delivery Manager (Healthcare)

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will lead healthcare consulting engagements end-to-end — from client development through delivery — while managing a high-performing delivery center team. You are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

Business Development

• Originate and close consulting engagements with healthcare payers, providers, and life sciences clients
• Build and sustain C-suite relationships; lead proposals, RFP responses, and orals
• Develop go-to-market strategies and thought leadership to grow the practice pipeline

Delivery Leadership

• Oversee a delivery center (onshore/offshore), ensuring quality, utilization, and margin targets are met
• Drive project governance: scope, budget, risk, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of engagements
• Define delivery standards, frameworks, and repeatable assets

People & Practice

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of managers, consultants, and analysts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, finance, and operations practices
• Contribute to internal capability building and knowledge management

Qualifications

Required

• 15+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Completion of course of study/ Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
• Responsible for client and team management, including proactive value creation activities.
• Support sales activities, account management, and project planning.
• Advanced English level.
• 15+ years in healthcare consulting or industry (payer, provider, or health system)
• Proven track record selling and delivering $5M+ consulting engagements
• Experience running or managing a delivery/shared services center
• Deep expertise in at least one domain: revenue cycle, value-based care, digital health, or operations

Preferred

• MBA or advanced degree in healthcare, business, or related field
• Experience with large-scale transformation programs (EHR, M&A integration, care delivery redesign)
