The ideal candidate profile includes:

· Hands-on experience in executing large End-to-End Implementations and/or large Cloud Migrations of SAP Applications, HANA Database Migration, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, S/4HANA Conversion Projects etc.

· Experience in Designing SAP System Landscape, Defining Implementation or Migration Strategies & Detailed Planning, leveraging the capabilities of the SAP's latest technology platform(s) and reinforces their benefits and best practices

· Supports solution proposals and bid management, escalated projects

· Ability to assist team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions (implementations, upgrades and Migrations). Mentoring in a plus

· Good knowledge and understanding of SAP Application Security, Single Sign-ON Technologies, Infrastructure Security, High Availability, Disaster Recovery etc.

· Good knowledge and understanding of new dimensional SAP products, Technologies and Methodologies (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SDI , SLT )

· Provide technical product expertise, consulting support to SAP customer

· Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in addition to growing and developing reference able customers.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.

· Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.

· A record of taking initiatives, driving results and accepting increasing levels of responsibility.

· Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuous professional learning of SAP products.

· Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.

· Supports the technical workstream and the coordination of technical stakeholders in an engagement explaining complex technical aspects to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences

· Good knowledge, understanding and hands-on experience of SAP Cloud Platform capabilities around Identity Authentication Services, Identity Provisioning Services etc.

· Understanding of GenAI development techniques and their application in enterprise software

· Experience with AI-enhanced development tools and prompt engineering for technical solutions

· Familiarity with SAP AI Core, SAP GenAI Hub, or similar enterprise AI platforms

· Experience with SAP BTP services and integration technologies

Additional skillsets:

· Knowledge and understanding AI and Joule scenarios and agents will be big plus

· Good knowledge and understanding of SAP Authorization & Authentication concepts & technologies and also IdM will be big plus.

· Technical coding knowledge in Shell Scripts, SQL, JavaScript and any one of programming language like JAVA or Python is a big plus.

Educations and qualifications:

· Bachelors or Master’s degree in: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree.

· Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach.

· Must be open to travel on short notice.( Long term or short term )

· SAP Certifications (NetWeaver , HANA , OSDB – or a combination of these )

· AWS/Azure/Google Cloud: Solution or Architect certifications is a big plus.

· Strong English and Portuguese communication skills

Techinical skills:

· Good working knowledge of databases like SAP HANA (as a must), Sybase ASE, Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2, etc.

· Experience in working with SAP Applications such as S/4HANA , SAP Fiori, SAP ERP, SAP SLT, SAP PI/PO, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP CPI, SAP NetWeaver etc.(Combinations of these )

· Working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux, etc.)

· Technical skills in SQL, Database (SQL) knowledge, database management, business intelligence, enterprise performance management, data mining, systems administration.
