Senior Tech Support Escalations Specialist

Link-Worldwide in Mexico City is seeking a Customer Technical Support Specialist to lead the resolution of complex technical issues. This role serves as the primary escalation point for support, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. This position involves continuous process improvement and high-level collaboration for effective support across B2C and B2B environments.
A salary range of $25-35k USD annually is offered, with payment in Mexican Pesos.
