How will you make a difference?

Working as an EMS Engineer, you will play a key role in the implementation of the EMS System. You will work closely with our IT, Quality and Manufacturing Managers to identify training needs, problem solving and anything related to EMS implementation. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the manufacturing and quality processes, exposure to various industries, and the chance to develop essential skills in project management.

What do we want to know about you?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Administration, Technologies Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Data analysis, programming in excel and access.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desirable knowledge in Green Belt Six Sigma / Power BI / ERP.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Customer service skills.

What will your typical day look like?

• Support during MES implementation.
• Create and modify Visual Work Instructions (VWI).
• Support with BOM ERP changes needed to implement MES.
• Work close with IT to supervise hardware installation.
• Work with problem solving related to MES.
• Work with operations with the training to use MES properly.
• Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Dialogues, Observations and safety concerns.
• Define & measure MES optimization through lean tools.
• Cost Out projects implementation to meet Variable Labor and VCP targets.
