Bilingual Senior Manager, Customer Experience — LATAM (Hybrid)

Mheducation is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Experience for LATAM and South America in Mexico City. You will lead a bilingual customer service operation, focusing on building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in customer service, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. This role offers a hybrid work model with in-office presence on Mondays and Wednesdays.
