The Role

This is a full-time role based in Mexico City as part of our LATAM team.

We’re looking for a Creator with a strong focus on editing , someone who understands how content performs and how to build for attention across platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Create and edit high-volume content across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Translate trends, insights, and performance into better content
• Lead ideas from concept to execution
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client teams
• Manage timelines and deliver under fast-paced environments
• Mentor and support junior creators
• Contribute to creative thinking, social copy, and content POVs
• Occasionally appear in content when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in social content creation performing as Creative Director
• Strong editing skills ( Final Cut, After Effects, or similar )
• Deep understanding of social platforms and content formats
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant, high-performing content
• Ability to ideate, produce, and execute end-to-end
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and timelines
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Passion for culture, trends, and storytelling
