Ingeniero de Datos — Precios & Analítica Comercial | Monterrey, N.L. | Presencial
Propósito: La posición tiene como objetivo gestionar y desarrollar un sistema interno de inteligencia de precios, así como dar soporte analítico en la revisión de márgenes, tasas de cierre y seguimiento de proyectos estratégicos del área.
Principales Responsabilidades:
Análisis de Márgenes y Tasas de Cierre:
- Analizar márgenes por línea de producto, región, canal de venta y segmento de cliente
- Monitorear tasas de cierre (hit rates) e identificar segmentos con desempeño inferior al objetivo
- Detectar cuentas sin actividad, oportunidades de recompra y brechas en el negocio de refacciones
- Elaborar reportes periódicos para el Gerente de Precios y la dirección comercial
Desarrollo del Sistema de Inteligencia de Precios:
- Mantener y extender el pipeline de datos desde los sistemas ERP/CRM hacia capas analíticas locales
- Desarrollar y mejorar modelos predictivos de probabilidad de cierre y precio óptimo
- Construir y mantener tableros de visualización para el equipo comercial
- Integrar herramientas de inteligencia artificial (Codex, Claude) al flujo de desarrollo y análisis
- Presentar avances por hito al Gerente de Precios y participar en demostraciones a liderazgo
Perfil Requerido:
- Licenciatura o ingeniería en Sistemas, Datos, Estadística, Matemáticas o área afín
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ingeniería de datos o analítica avanzada
- Dominio de Python (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Streamlit) y SQL avanzado
- Experiencia en modelado predictivo: clasificación, regresión y explicabilidad de modelos
- Capacidad para comunicar hallazgos analíticos a audiencias no técnicas
- Uso de herramientas de IA generativa (Codex, Claude u otras) como apoyo al desarrollo
- Perfil proactivo, orientado a resultados y con capacidad de trabajo autónomo
- Deseable: bases de datos vectoriales Neo4j n8n manufactura industrial o B2B
