Benefits & Onboarding Lead - Hybrid LATAM HR

Link-Worldwide in San Luis Potosí is seeking a Benefits and Onboarding Supervisor to join the Cummins Business Services team in Human Resources. This role involves managing employee benefit strategies, leading inquiries, and enhancing program effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. Knowledge of Mexican Law and experience with payroll systems are highly valued.
This position offers a hybrid working model with no relocation package.
