Job Description

• Analyzing the customer’s manufacturing requirements to configure the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needs.
• Good understanding of ERP Business Processes and industry vertical knowledge – Discrete & Process manufacturing.
• Must have industry experience and understand challenges and risks when implementing vertical applications.
• Played functional roles for 2-3 end-to-end projects.

Qualifications

• Leading the D365 Supply Chain and Mfg Workstream requirement gathering and user training with customers.
• Must be proficient in verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• 8 – 10 years of hands-on experience with D365 SCM and Mfg.
• Hands-on with creating BRD, FDD, and Solution blueprint.
• Breakdown client’s and product business processes to map out and link any functional and non-functional requirements.
• Documenting the process, informing and preparing clients during critical moments in the project.
• Creating test scenarios to cover the business processes being implemented.
• Leading the testing of the proposed system.
• Training users and explaining complex reasoning behind changes.
• Good understanding of ERP Business Processes and industry vertical knowledge – Discrete manufacturing.
• Must have industry experience and understand challenges and risks when implementing vertical applications.
• Played functional roles for 4-5 end-to-end projects.
• Implementation of Core and advanced Microsoft Dynamics D365.
