Senior Backend Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join a fast-paced engineering team working on modern cloud-native applications and real-time distributed systems.

Tech Stack:

• Backend experience with Java , microservices,
• Event-driven design principles using Kafka,
• MySQL/SQL both, but MongoDB is heavy.
• Performance and reliability-focused
• Kafka expertise is very critical since its inventory sync capability they are enhancing

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and developing scalable microservices and REST APIs
• Building event-driven architectures using Kafka
• Working with relational and NoSQL databases
• Implementing high-performance caching strategies with Redis
• Containerizing and deploying applications using Docker & Kubernetes
• Writing clean, reliable, and testable code with TDD best practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional global teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong backend engineering experience with Java & Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous communication
• Experience working in cloud-native environments
• Passion for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Advanced English skills
